What payment methods do you accept?

All requests to purchase printing must be submitted with a mutually approved and agreed upon payment method. Approved methods for payment include, but are not limited to, any of the following methods. Credit card or debit card. We also accept business checks by invoice, any checks returned as to us for non-payment will be accessed a $25 fee - please call us for more details.


We stand behind our Complete Satisfaction Guarantee and if the product is different than how it is pictured or described on our site we will gladly refund your money. In addition if the personalized product is not the way you approved it we will refund your money without question.

Customers will have 30 days after delivery to contact ImprintingExpress regarding a return. A refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 7 days.

Ordering and delivery

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within 10 buisness days, depending on your preferred shipping method and quanity of item ordered. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 - 30 days. Need your oder sooner? Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://imprintingexpress.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@imprintingexpress.com. just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@imprintingexpress.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. Please note we canot cancel an order once production has begum.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Do you offer any reorder discounts?

If you are reordering on the exact same item with the exact same imprint we offer a 50% off screen and setup discount for each imprint color. So for a one color job your reorder discount will be $20.00 and for a 2 color imprint the reorder discount will be $40.

We are tax exempt?

For those of our customers that are tax exempt from this purchase we ask that you place your order through the website as ussual. After having done so please fax us the appropriate Texas state tax exempt form and we will refund the tax portion of your purchase to your credit card. Our fax number is (855) 822-5822.

My items are broken or damaged

In the event that damage is incurred, please contact us at (855) 822-5822 so that we may either credit or replace any broken or damaged items according to our policy listed under our Terms and Conditions.


Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend ordering the two closest matches and returning the one that doesn’t fit.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via help@yourstorename.com. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via support@imprintingexpress.com with the details. We’ll respond within 24 hours.


How do I send my art along with my order?

If you have artwork you may mail it to support@imprintingexpress.com or you can use our art upload buttons & send it to us during the checkout process.

Please assure that you have permission to use all element of artwork submitted,  imprintingexpress.com is not resonsable for reproduction of logos,patents, trademarks and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, imprintingexpress.com will not be held liable under any circumstances.

I need artwork help what can I do?

What art file do you accept?

Our preferred file format is vector .ai, and .eps files. We can work with .tif, .pdf, and .psd. We prefer an editable version of all files including linked and placed images. Convert all fonts to outlines or include all screen and printer fonts. Compressed files should be self-extracting, although compression is not recommended. Please send digital files no less than 300 dpi at 100%, higher resolution is strongly recommend for a better imprint.

Will I see my art work before production

You will receive a free emailed Proof. This proof enables you to view the exact imprint and make any necessary changes. Should you make such changes we will provide one more free proof. Additional proofs and art prep work after the second proof is billed at $15.00 per proof and $40.00 per hour for artwork clean-up. Colors shown may not accurately depict the finished product,this is due to different calibrations of each individual computer screen and/or printer. The proof must be approved by you before production begins.
